If you are new to Rocket Yoga there are 5 sequences that are used: Rocket 1 (forward bending from Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series with variations)
Rocket 2 (back bends and twists from Ashtanga Vinyasa intermediate series with variations)
Rocket 3 ( a mix of Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 with additional variations)
Modified Ashtanga Vinayasa Primary series
