YOGA CLASSES IN PLYMOUTH SUMMER 2017

YOGA CLASSES IN PLYMOUTH for beginners or continuers

We are happy to offer two great yoga classes over the summer at two amazing locations in Plymouth. Complete form below to register.

Yoga Art Picnic on Mondays at St Saviours, Lamhay Hill, PL1 2NW (6.30-8.30pm) will start with an hour yoga class for all levels. All equipment is supplied, so no need to bring anything. But feel free to bring your own mat.

Cost of the class is by donation.

The second part of the session is a space for being creative.  You can draw, write or create an artwork.  This can be free drawing, poetry, memoirs, using pictures to create collage.  The process will be organic. Previous experience is not necessary.  Some previous yoga students really unlocked some of their hidden talents, or revitalised old ones in this way.

Also during the second part you have the chance to try some locally grown produce in the form of a juice or smoothie (for a donation)

Yoga Therapy on Wednesdays at Hamoaze House (6.15pm-7.30pm) will focus on medical conditions or ailments which have been disclosed by the group.  Many participants in the yoga therapy class have overcome conditions such as sciatica, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, headaches, low mood, digestion issues and autoimmune disorders (see pilot study results for more information)

Class is for all levels. All equipment is supplied, so no need to bring anything. But feel free to bring your own mat.

Cost of the class is by donation.
